LEGAL NOTICE

By entering The Coterie Den premises, located at 169 Jackson St. San Jose, CA you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in any activities within the studio carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your presence and activities within the premises.

2. Waiver of Liability
The Coterie Den LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur while on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from negligence or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By entering The Coterie Den, you automatically accept and agree to abide by our policies, terms, and conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms prior to entering or using the space.

4. Release of Claims
You, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, assigns, or representatives, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless The Coterie Den LLC from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to your presence in the studio.

5. Agreement Acknowledgment
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not enter the premises. Your presence within the studio constitutes your full acceptance of this legal notice.
